recently, i came across these photos of the terrible incident of our last space shuttles' re-entry through our atmosphere. which reminds us of why we are taking such caution for all future space travel. i have decided to share these as they have been shared w/me. although, it is said they came from a european satellite and not released to the general public, i can NOT authenticate them or that statement. but, it makes you wonder, .... after all we have done to help the russians re-establish themselves, how, TODAY, they can say to the USA, ... NO MORE FREE RIDES TO THE SPACE STATION!??? you decide....
but it is really sad, ..... when lives are lost, based simply upon $$$, decisions have to be made @ the cost of safety. i hope not.
